Returns:
Refunds valid for store credit only, within 30 days of purchase.
Privacy Policy:
No over the phone orders are accepted. Must present valid I.D. with any purchase in store. For your protection, credit card numbers are never stored or saved.
Shipping Policy:
We aim to process all orders within one day of placement. If an order is placed before 12PM ET, we will begin to process the order the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM ET may be subject to process the following business day.

Shipping Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to begin functioning on the carrier's website. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam and trash email to ensure you did not receive it.
If your purchase contains more than one item, it may arrive in more than one package, you will receive tracking for each package associated.
We give our word that we will do everything in our power to ensure your package is delivered on time. However, we cannot be held accountable for situations beyond our control such as in climate weather or service interruptions.
Please be mindful that these carriers experience delays themself and there may be delays to the arrival of your order. We put forth our best effort to ensure a speedy delivery of your order, but some of these delays are beyond our control.
Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Internationally
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States of America, exclusively. It is in our hopes that we can service our international customers in the near future.
If You Believe Your Package Has Been Stolen
All items purchased are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you specify on the order. If you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, we suggest you contact FedEx to open a claim. Please have your order tracking information available upon the call.
Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order or is returned, you will be refunded for the cost of the product(s), including taxes. Shipping charges, however, are nonrefundable.
